I’ve had a Glossybox subscription for a few months now and I can honestly say, I am so impressed with it. After paying for subscription boxes before and being quite disappointed with the contents of them, I swore off paying out for one again. However, when I saw what was on the table with Glossybox I immediately grabbed my bank card and signed up for a monthly subscription for £10 a month which the value of the products outweighs HUGELY. I usually find a few firm faves in each box monthly but this box was just full of goodies which I’m already loving, so I thought I’d give you a lil sneak peak.
Omorovicza cleansing foam
The omorovicza cleansing foam (try saying that after a couple glasses of wine) is an actual MUST-HAVE. It contains a Healing concentrate system which ‘harnesses the curing powers of Budapest’s famous spas’ I’m sorry but how zen does that sound. It has quite a strong smell to it but it’s such a fresh, crisp scent and it’s left my skin feeling amazing. The only downfall to this is the £52 price tag *winces*.
Palmers Natural Bronze body lotion
For me, a gradual tan is a must for the summer. Usually I use this to ‘top’ my tan up through the week before it gets to ~ that ~ patchy stage. The fact that it’s tinted usually helps to prolong my base tan (usually the St. Tropez) for a little longer whilst giving my skin that healthy looking sun kissed glow and what’s even better is the price of only £5.99. I’m currently using the Garnier summer glow but I’m excited to try another.
I always see this brand in my hairdressers which is a really good sign. This oil is a multi purpose treatment which protects and rescues sun damaged hair as well as conditioning your hair. Recently my hair has taken a little bit of a bashing with the heat I’ve been using on it as well as having it bleached not long ago so it’s looking a little worse for wear and in need of some love so this one couldn’t have come at a better time. £31.85 for 100ml.
Manna kadar cosmetics
I haven’t actually heard of this brand before but I am sold on them purely based on this mascara. I needed a new mascara and kept forgetting to pick one up so I was so glad there was one in this box but it has such a good wand on it and the bristles are fairly dense, it catches every lash. It also has a hydrating formula to give you a flake / clump free finish (also can we talk about how cool the tube is). This was my fullsize sample this month worth £23 thats double what I pay for my subscription alone without the other samples on top.
Boots tea tree and witch hazel peel off face mask
I really like the boots own skincare range so I’m keen to try this mask. It’s infused with tea tree oil as well as witch hazel giving it it’s antibacterial properties. It claims to remove blackheads, lift and tighten pores and prevent future breakouts so I’m excited to try this one out tonight after using my fancy omorovicza cleanser. £3.50 for 50ml.
A great thing about glossybox is if you use their site to review products and take little surveys on them (it takes about 5 minuets) you can actually earn money back in vouchers to spend on Feel unique, I’m currently saving mine up for a huge hall at the end of the year. You can also use my Referral link* if you’d like 20% off your first box.
